This long-playing album allows you to enjoy all the tracks from both the 1st and 2nd sets recorded at the Pit Inn on the same day. The astonishing sound, captured at HQ-DAT high-sampling 96kHz, has been remastered, making it a highly anticipated release for jazz and audiophile fans. For this SACD release, the original master recorded with HS-DAT and carefully transferred to HDD was re-imported in DSD format and remastered at King Sekiguchidai Studio. This single-layer SACD format, renowned for its audio quality, presents the entire live performance (about 140 minutes) from the Pit Inn, compressed into a single disc using DST format. This release features a recording made at Shinjuku Pit Inn as part of a rehearsal a few days before the studio session. It faithfully reproduces the performance order from the 1st set to the 2nd set of the day and includes two tracks that were not part of the original 1994 release. This long-playing complete SACD album compiles all the recorded tracks onto one disc.
